Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of innovative theoretical and methodical principles of the effective small enterprises personnel motivation system’s forming in the modern conditions. The economic sence of concept «motivation» are investigated. The small enterprises personnel career growth priorities are found out. Practical recommendations of the effective small enterprises personnel motivation system’s forming are developed.
