The journal supports scientists from developing countries, which are unable to provide grants and financial support to publish the results of the researches in open access. In case the authors are from countries experiencing military conflicts or authors with a lack of research funding, the Editorial Board may decide to waive the publication fee. For this, author have to contact the Editorial Board and provide a justification for the fee waiver.

In addition, we provide Ukrainian scientists with the opportunity to receive grants for publication in the Journal. The amount of grants per year is limited. To receive a grant, authors must submit a request to the Editorial Office of the Journal.

Furthermore, authors from low- and middle-income economies, as classified by the World Bank, can apply for discounts of 20% and 10%, respectively. To receive a discount, authors must submit a request and provide an explanation for the discount to the Editorial Office of the Journal.

All requests for fee waivers or discounts are reviewed by the Journal’s Editorial Office on a case-by-case basis.
