Abstract

In this article the theoretiсal and methodical approach to evaluation of enterprise mental potential level is improved. The offered approach assume the optimization of the level of potential indicators (unlike existing, doesn’t assume their maximization or minimization) and doesn’t require availability of a base of  comparison. Optimum levels of basic indicators of a mental potential for Sumy region enterprises are advanced.
