Abstract
The article is devoted to the use of communications in terms of management of information and interpersonal interaction in the domestic enterprise level. in the article the basic theoretical aspects of internal communications in the enterprise management system as part of its efficient functioning: clarified the essence of the concept of “communication”; systematized the advantages and disadvantages of internal communications of the enterprises, and their goals on the enterprise; systematized the barriers to effective communication process.
