Abstract
Basic tendencies and problems of the higher educational services market development are certain in the article. The improved system of marketing functions higher educational services is offered. The necessity of application the external and internal marketing for higher educational establishments is considered. The product policy, price policy and policy of distribution for the market of higher educational services are analyzed.
