Abstract The publication reveals the problem of increasing the competitiveness of dairy products, through innovative activities of enterprises that can provide development, development of new products, ensure high quality and cost benefits, to form necessary conditions for promotion to foreign markets. Therefore the problem of innovation is extremely relevant for the considered industry. A condition of the milk market, the problem of the milk business and suggested the main directions of development.
