Abstract
In article are considered theoretical and methodical aspects of the study of the nature of the change the macro processes on the market of the premises with use diagnostic toolbox. The base premises of the presented study is a revealing the regularities of the operation and investment development regional market to premises as sector of the national economy on base of the concepts of the financial investment analysis and project consulting market to premises on result of the diagnostics key factor.
