Abstract
Improved methodological support of the evaluation heads of departments of marketing, which difference consists in the account of a functional work orientation of each department, the application of expert methods using universal Harrington’s scale for the quantitative determination of indicators in two components: the results of the work and leaders qualities (business, professional and personal). The general estimation of the head corresponds to qualitative signs from “low” to “very high”, allows to make personnel decisions at advancement of heads and their material motivation and also to define priority directions of improvement results of their work and perfection their professional, business, personal qualities.
