Abstract
The analysis of methods of management a business-portfolio is conducted in the article. The methodical going is offered near the analysis of product range of instrument-making enterprise. On the basis of results of complex research recommendations are formulated on the change of assortment structure into a business-portfolio and profitability improvement.
