Abstract
The method of introduction of the indexes balanced system (BSC – Balanced Scorecard) is offered in practice of metallurgical enterprise management. The model of cascading and decouplishing corporation strategy is presented on the level of marketing department and its employees. The model of personnel motivation of industrial enterprise is grounded on the basis of balanced system of indexes.
