Abstract

The conceptual questions of problem enterprises technological sanacii are expounded in the article. Separate attention is spared to productions’ reengineering as the most attractive mechanism of innovative transformations. Essence and kinds of reengineering are considered. As a basic instrument of domestic enterprises resuscitation technological reengineering is offered.
