Abstract
It is proved that the strategic differentiation of the management staff plays a key role in the realization of the development strategy of the enterprise control system potential. The possibilities to adapt the staff differentiation tool for deciding the task of strategic differentiation of the management staff are investigated. A management staff differentiation matrix is proposed which can be considered as a reference-point for the determination of strategic workers of the enterprise control system.
