Abstract The aim of the article. In this article the author analyses the processes of formation of the environmentally-friendly goods market infrastructure in Ukraine’s industrially developed regions with the definition of the key factors of influence on these processes. The results of the analysis. It is established, that in the conditions of development of the environmentally-friendly goods market infrastructure important role is played by the process of ecologically clean products’ marketing organization and management. In connection with the dynamics of consumers needs management of enterprise’s activities in the market of environmentally friendly products should be cycled for efficient tracking of the changes in the market situation and make appropriate adjustments to the strategy and tactics of enterprise’s activity. System development of industrial developed region’s market infrastructure of ecologically pure products presents how the system of relationships between the state institutions, business structures and public sector of the economy in the format of subjects and objects interaction. Found that the methodological approach to the study of the green infrastructure of the consumer market provides a comprehensive subject’s characterization: the analysis of the commodity market – at the first stage, a detailed analysis and evaluation of the structure of commodity markets of different types – the II stage of the concentration’s assessment processes; competition for the quantitative parameters and qualitative indicators – at the third stage. While designing the interventions of competition policy characteristic of the market’s openness is traditionally taken into account when the level of domestic producers’ competitiveness on the domestic and foreign markets determines. After all, the ability of sellers from other regions or other countries to logon to the commodity market significantly reduces market concentration and the threat of monopoly behavior. Study of the environment and control over economic concentration contribute to the systematic survey of commodity markets. The main criteria for the selection of the subject for monitoring are: socio-economic importance of the products to meet the population’s needs; product’s ecological purity, its safety for the population; the practice of precedent, in which the analysis of the market is carried out on the fact of Antimonopoly legislation’s violation in the event of a specific business entity’s treatment; main types of products, the most important for a particular region; highly concentrated commodity markets – the subject of Antimonopoly authorities’ mandatory observation. It is established, that in the course of statistical observation covers all market participants – from raw material producers to the consumers of the finished product. Collection and processing of the initial information about the regional markets’ greening is based on data provided by various economic subjects – manufacturers, sellers, buyers, government, public and research organizations, experts. Those datas include in particular: state statistical reporting data, which characterize the activity of market subjects; the information of tax, customs, banking structures, and investment funds; information on the volumes of products (works, services) producing and realization received by the Antimonopoly authorities directly from the market subjects; the data of sample surveys of buyers and data expertise, characterizing markets’ commodity and geographical boundaries, that is the system-forming elements and components of the infrastructure. Conclusions and directions of further researches. Obtained the following conclusions: the process of formation of modern infrastructure of environmentally friendly products regional market is an objective necessity both for producers and for consumers. Formation of environmentally-friendly goods market infrastructure contributes increasing of competitive advantages of domestic products in the domestic market, as well as in the promotion and consolidation of it on the international market.
