Abstract
The aim of the article. The aim of the article is the elaboration of theoretical and methodological bases of formation and development of enterprise’s innovative culture based on diagnostic of its condition. An innovative culture is viewed as a key element of innovative environment at the enterprise.
The results of the analysis. A formalized approach to managing the process of formation and development of enterprise’s innovative culture was worked out, the content of management procedures was concretized. A modified decision matrix was proposed basing on the choice of action to manage components of enterprise’s innovation culture regarding the results of its diagnostic (including the status of the individual subsystems and their components). Methodical principles of innovation culture usage were worked out for determining the appropriateness of its individual components development.
The author developed and practically tested procedures of managing the formation and development of enterprise’s innovative culture, including: a numerical and normalized (the proposed scale) assessment of the innovation culture of machine-building and engineering company; strengths and weaknesses of innovation culture were defined according to the decision matrix, the main directions of its components were selected; the complex management measures for each component of innovation culture were defined – organizational, motivational, intellectual and creative.
Based on the author’s economic and mathematical model of optimization of structure tools and methods of formation and development of enterprise’s innovative culture (using Microsoft Excel, the function «Solver») there was selected a set of management activities that allow to achieve the maximum level of innovation culture under conditions of limited financial resources.
Conclusions and directions of further researches. The results collectively form the theoretical and methodological backgrounds of development management of innovation culture on the basis of its condition diagnostic. This allows purposefully to build the innovative environment at the enterprise as the basis of its innovative growth.
Further research should focus on developing principles of organizational and economic mechanism of formation of innovation environment at the company on the basis of its innovative culture.
