Abstract The aim of the article. The aim of the article is to ground and to determine the main transfer functions of the separate types of resources and transfer system of an enterprise in total. The results of the analysis. To solve the scientific task of the transfer system function formation there appears a need to take into consideration peculiarities of transfer system objects including first of all the main types of resources: raw materials, power supply, labour reserves, information, investment and innovative ones. Only by means of maximum taking into consideration the transfer characteristics and peculiarities of certain types of resources used by an enterprise as well as their meaning in general production process there is possible to form a transfer system for performing certain functions. Community of transfer functions of separate resources only makes easier the process of forming the main system functions in total. The functional structure of the transfer system is largely dependent on the presence and nature of external and internal relations within and outside the enterprise. Effectiveness of technological process transfer system operation is defined by the most important parameters and characteristics both of separate technological process, and production in general. Technological charts and lines used to implement technological processes, which are components of the enterprise, are automated. They are connected with contracting companies which in some way affect this system. The carried out studies suggest that the company transfer system is designed to organize and control the ultimate movement of raw materials, energy, labour and other resources and products, including semi-finished products within the enterprise and beyond, in order to improve the economic performance of the enterprise. Designing and defining the functions of the company transfer system also requires analysis of features and characteristics of basic resources, acting as transfer objects, used by the company. Such an analysis allows taking into account and covering the most important features of production, which will help to build the transfer system structure that would functionally meet the specific requirements of efficiency. Thus, the most important functions of the enterprise transfer system are as follows: 1.Organization, control and registration of movement of raw materials, semi-finished, work-in-progress and finished products within the enterprise. 2.Finding and incorporating the necessary energy resources, and ensuring ultimate control over their consumption in order to minimize their amount for the needs of the main and auxiliary production. 3.Organization of movement and optimal allocation of human resources of the enterprise. 4.Creation and use of own and outsourced innovative developments, scientific and technological advances, and new technical solutions by monitoring and researching the innovation market. 5. Attraction of investment resources for development and improvement of economic efficiency of the enterprise. 6.Ensuring timely exchange of information on the movement of raw materials, labour, financial and other resources, semi-finished, and finished products. Conclusions and directions of further researches. Thus, analysis of resources transfer process allowed us to form transfer function of certain types of resources and on this basis the most important features which transfer system should perform. During the work of an enterprise the main functions of management and transfer system are closely related, while their coordinated interaction should facilitate high financial and economic performance of the company. Further studies will be aimed at assessment of the impact of transfer system functions on the effectiveness of enterprise management.
