Abstract
The enterprise-manufacturer, which is interested in effective sales of its products and rationalization of the distribution system of production, should constantly coordinate and improve the quality of material resources in the organization of supply. This is especially true for innovative products, the production and commercialization of which is associated with increased risk and additional costs. It should be noted that in practice, modern industrial enterprises are constantly faced with problems related to the search, selection and support of effective interactions with suppliers, which is an integral part of the logistical or distribution channels, which are intended to bring raw materials, semi-finished products and other material resources to ensure production of competitive products. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously optimize the work in the supply channels, taking into account the accuracy of forecasting changes in the need for resources, optimality of deliveries, and the grouping of suppliers, depending on the degree of importance of the resources they supply.
The aim of this article is to assess the suppliers in the logistic (distribution) channels of the enterprise-manufacturer in the field of chemical industry on the basis of the application of the advanced theoretical-methodical approach, which involves the triple synthesis of the methods ABC-, XYZ, VEN-analyzes.
Research results. On the basis of the advanced theoretical and methodical approach, which allows to perform poly-dimensional analysis of resources at the commercialization of innovative products and is based on the triple synthesis of the methods of ABC-, XYZ, VEN-analyzes, the estimation of suppliers of material resources in the logistic (distribution) channels at the industrial enterprise of the chemical industry is performed. To do this, a binary combination of methods was implemented and a three-dimensional matrix was constructed, reflecting the application of the improved approach, detailing each quadrant thereof, and determining the appropriate recommendations for managing suppliers according to the results obtained for the industrial chemical company PJSC Sumykhimprom.
Conclusions and directions of further researches. The following conclusions can be made from the research:
– analyzed the methods of analysis of supply channels ABC-, XYZ-VEN-analyzes and it was found that their association will allow industrial enterprises to be more reasonably distributed according to the categories of suppliers, will ensure the objectivity and transparency of this process, improve their management efficiency;
– detailed poly-dimensional combination of suppliers in the portfolio of orders according to the criteria for control of supply, accuracy of forecasting and the degree of importance of material resources for the commodity producer;
– a three-dimensional matrix of ABC & XYZ & VEN-analysis of material resources suppliers was constructed on the example of PJSC “Sumykhimprom”, a substantiated assessment of supply channels was performed and appropriate recommendations for managing the supply channels of material resources and increasing the efficiency of the procurement system were proposed.
Further researches in the context of this problem should be aimed at data accumulation and evaluation of supply channels for the material resources for the development and commercialization of innovative products of industrial enterprises of other forms and sectors of the Ukrainian economy.
