Abstract

The main distinctions between the concepts of the entrepreneurial structure and the enterprise are identified in the article. The concept of the entrepreneurial structure is analyzed. The content of the system of the social-economic relations which appeared during the process of development and functioning of entrepreneurial structure is shown.
