Abstract
The article is devoted to the interpretation of the corporate culture as an efficient element of motivation system in the company. This work examines thoroughly the approach determination of value paradigms, which should be the basis of corporate culture. We also study herein the algorithm of culture implementation in the company starting from the analysis of internal condition of the company up to the maintaining of high level of the corporate culture.
