Abstract The article grounds the meaningfulness of the external environment factors, which must be taken into account in the process of credit unions activity research. And also, the use of optimum model level of members payments on the savings of credit unions accounts is offered, that enables rationally to place credit resources, getting here a maximally possible profit.
