Abstract
Complete complex of methodical tools including both known and author’s approaches to market opportunities analysis and diagnostics of organisation innovative development potential on basis of ecological innovations is generated. Their application essentially increases validity degree of ecologically oriented projects of innovative development, reduces risk, allows to operate selection of the most rational variants of development purposefully.
