Abstract

The aim of the article. The aim of the article is to substantiate the problems and determine the prospects of management of effective ensuring the water resources on the base of evaluating the correlation between production volumes and water use for production needs as a tool for forecasting technical and economic indicators of economic activity. The results of the analysis. Changing economic conditions and increasing of the complexity of economic activity are characterized. The need for new managerial tools is revealed. Systematization of the results of science research in the area of resource saving is made. Necessity the management of individual resources based on their specific features is shown. The relationship between the efficiency of resource ensuring and efficiency of economic activity of the enterprise is shown. Economic, technical and social characteristics of water as a resource are identified. Theoretical aspects of efficient provision of resources and the effectiveness of the company are considered. The concepts of efficiency and management of the company are analyzed. It is proved that the task of effective ensuring the water resources is a key management issue. It is indicated that the effective ensuring of water resources requires an integrated approach to decision-making in determining the volume and value of water using in manufacturing products. It is shown that company can make a choice of two alternatives: to use the primary resources or secondary resources as waste. The essence of management and resource ensuring at the enterprise are considered. Definition of management for effective ensuring the water resources in industry activity is suggested. The concept of effective provision of water resources is offered. The growth rate of industrial products volume and the cost of water for the production in the period of 2001-2013 in Ukraine is analyzed. The amount of water consumption per unit of production is calculated. To identify the importance of ensuring the water resources in the implementation of the processes of social production of correlation and regression analysis was performed. On the basis of correlation and regression analysis the connection between the volume of production and volume of water consumption is revealed. The function of relationship between the volume of industrial products and the water volume for the production is found. The implementation forecast for the evaluation of the potential volume of water required, depending on the volume of production is offered. The proposed forecasting tool is the basis for decision-making. To determine the «anomalous» values of the industrial products volume and the volume of water consumption for the production on the base of using the Irwin criterion is offered. These calculations for the period of 2001-2013 is submitted. The minimum of water consumption is found. Conclusions and directions of further researches. Correlation and regression analysis of the relationship between the volume of sales and the cost of water for industrial enterprise is conducted. The non-rationality and low efficiency of water usage in the industry is revealed. The made decisions are based on the forecast of the volume of required water. The proposed forecasting tool can be used in different types of economic activity.
